January 3, 6-9pm
Join us for our first 6x6 art-making event of 2025! On First Friday January 3, local artists Luda Begley and Joan Margaret will each lead activities to help you make an artwork for 6x6:
“Channel Your Inner Impressionist” with Joan Margaret. Joan will inspire you to use collage, markers and other materials to create a one of a kind, colorful, impressionistic 6x6 for the exhibit.
“Visualize Poetry” with Luda Begley. Bring an image from a famous poem to life with a set of simple hints, tools and guidance so we can SEE poetry in the upcoming 6x6 exhibition.
Each artist will lead two sessions, which will begin at 6:00pm and 7:30pm. Come get creative to start off the new year!
Admission is $2 / free for members and refreshments will be served.
