Artists and designers have exclusive access to the studio spaces through their own secure entrance. Each studio features a large window, wall space outside the studio for exhibiting artwork, and access to a large communal space for meetings or collaborative work. The layout and building usage allows for physical distancing to be easily maintained. Artists bringing diverse, new media or looking for a long-term space will be considered first.
