Studios

Rochester Contemporary Art Center rents studio space on the second floor of our East End building. Located in the heart of the East End cultural district within easy access to Eastman School of Music, RPO, Java's, City Blue Imaging, Milestones and the Little Theatre this is an excellent location for a studio or an office. Studio tenants are encouraged to participate in 'Upstairs Open Studios' during gallery openings and First Friday events. Events such as these give artists a chance to share their work with gallery patrons.

All studios include: 24 hour private access, a common work sink and rest rooms, and common area for the display of artwork and gathering people.

Studio 1 (Available immediately)
For an artist working in small media. The space is 9 feet by 11 feet and has two windows. All inclusive monthly rent for this space is $250.00.

Studio 2 (Available immediately)
This space features two windows overlooking Christ Church and East Avenue. The space is 12 feet by 12 feet. All Inclusive monthly rent for this space is $265.00.

Studio 3 (Available immediately)
This space features two windows overlooking Christ Church and East Avenue. The space is 12 feet by 12 feet. All Inclusive monthly rent for this space is $265.00.
